I keep trying desperately to get OUT of debt. And yet, it keeps finding me!!
WHAT.THE.HELL?!
1. plumbing in the new house: $6,000
2. replacing our 2nd car when the radiator blew up: $14,000
3. migraine of 2006 medical bills: $300
4. husband's business trips for new job: $2,000 +
5. totaling a van nearly paid for: $xx??
a computer that is dying, the absolute need for a digital video camera (insert want), carpet that needs replacing, updates desperately needed in the new house, a digital camera that is barely breathing, a new vehicle purchase within a year...
and I'm NOT ABOUT to ask what next?!

some pictures for your viewing pleasure:
Nope, never, ever, ever ask "what next" because someone, somewhere will answer you and it's not likely to be pleasant.
ReplyDeleteSERIOUSLY!
ReplyDeleteWhen it rains it pours huh! I don't even want to think about our growing debt. Blah!
Sorry about the van. Glad to finally have pictures.
Let's not even add the fact that Christmas is just around the corner.
ReplyDeleteDebt sucks.
Money sucks (or lack thereof).
How do people do it? How do they stay ahead of the game? Anyone?
We're all with ya!
i've found that a big box of chocolates and a bottle of cheap wine does wonders... but, so I won't burn in hell, I'll just recommend the chocolates to you.
ReplyDeletehope you get things worked out.
I can't relate to the totalled car. But if it makes you feel any better we're a MONTH late on ALL our bills. Except our mortgage. Money does suck a big fat #$@&. It's our fault though. Yours doesn't seem like you could help it. Hang in their! XOXOXO
ReplyDeleteawe, I love ALL OF YOU!! You make me happy.
ReplyDeleteOK - I've read the stories, but GEEZ-A-LOO, what the HELL did you do to have to replace the plumbing in your house?
ReplyDeleteWouldn't a good gastroenterologist have prevented that?
HA - I make myself laugh!
I'm not a big fan of the "F" word, I just sound stupid when I say, or even think it. So, I'll say...
DAMN IT ALL TO HELL!
oh hell - you know I had a "when it rains, it pours" debt avalance in my world. I'm having the same thing now - the only difference is.. no job!! So I'm losing my mind.
ReplyDeleteIt will get better.
And i am SO with masked mom. I never utter the words "what next" or how much worse can it get?" because inevitably, I'm shown exactly how much worse it can get. Just focus on it getting better.
I don't have your number anymore since I lost my last cell phone - but if you still have mine.. I'm home during the days. If you need to talk - I'm here! Asked Cheri - I'm so easy to get in touch with. PFTZ!
Ouch! I can't believe those pictures! Still glad you are all okay. I heard that insurance companies would rather pay for you to get a whole new car than fix one when the air bags deploy because the air bags are such a pain to put back in. Is that what they are doing for you?
