Little Miss's Secret Identity

Since Little Miss is out of town playing Auntie (I can say that now that she lives in the South) to her new little niece, I figured I'd post for her.

I have decided to share Little Miss's secret, super hero identity with you all.

You see, Little Miss wrestles at least three small children, EVERYDAY, (her own and occasionally, others, including mine), a husband with a full work schedule of his own, a house that they are fixing up AND manages to volunteer with a couple of organizations, including running the Louisiana Pink Cross and helping out at the March of Dimes. She does amazing things, that woman does. But you would never know to look at her. She never whines or complains, (well not a whole lot anyway), she just gets up, puts on her super hero costume and hits the streets to save another day.

And what does Little Miss choose to conceal her super hero identity, you may ask? Well, I'll tell you. If you her see a woman running around in a tee shirt, no bra and pajama pants, well then you've found Little Miss. Just don't tell, okay?

Shhhhhhhhhh,

Barefoot

  5. WOW! I've have got to get one of those costumes. Very impressive, Little Miss and some great causes too.

Oh, does the costume come with a cape? I would love a cape!

    :):)

  6. nah, it doesn't come with a cape - didn't you hear those were recalled due to the possibility of getting caught in airplane engines when she is leaping buildings and and everything else she is doing....LOL

She is a superhero - some great organizations.. Way to go Little Miss!

  12. I DON'T KNOW HOW SHE DOES IT EITHER, BUT IT IS IN THE GENES.... HER MOM, AKA ETHEL, WAS JUST LIKE THAT. EXCEPT SHE NEVER GOT INTO THE SUPER-HERO COSTUMES THAT LITTLE MISS DOES...I PICKED HER UP AT THE AIRPORT ONE DAY WHEN SHE WAS A TEENAGER. SHE FLEW FROM UTAH TO OHIO IN HER DAMN FLANNEL PJ'S.. I WAS ALMOST AFRAID TO CLAIM HER. BUT SUPER-HERO SHE IS...

  13. Her Super Hero garb is my favorite too... Why be uncomfortable while you conquer the world? (hence NO BRA)... she only needs one while nursing! -Delete my comment if you hate me for saying this- maybe you should blog about THOSE THINGS! (you are the one who signed me up for this whole make a comment thing! you should know better!)

How sweet of Erica to let everyone know how wonderful our Mandi Rae is! What a good friend. I think we all need a MANDI in our life!

    *WillyDO... I've missed you!*

  14. oh my f-reakin' goodness!

super hero, huh? and my costume? you forgot flipflops.

OH! and volunteering for the March of Dimes? The ONLY reason I am able to do that is because Erika takes my kids for me!! Plus, she works a full day with the crazies, then comes home to REMODEL her house, cook, and clean up after her own crazies!!

So don't talk to me about super-hero-ness...Belle does a pretty good job herself (only her costume would have to be an off-white sweater with leather elbow pads and no shoes!)

p.s. i should REALLY change my password!
